Private Sessions & One-on-One
Who are these sessions for?
I work one-on-one with people with a variety of different needs and goals, ranging from physical conditioning to emotional balance to healing from trauma. Together we create a customized program to meet you where you are, remove what is no longer serving you, and set the stage to create the life you’re longing for. With dedication, guidance and regular practice, anything is possible!
All programs include Kundalini Yoga, You Can Heal Your Life®, and Healing Life Yoga, or a blend of these practices. To learn more about these healing modalities, continue reading the About pages.
I also offer an 8-week yoga program for people living with the effects of prolonged exposure to stress, trauma and/or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), that I teach one-one or to groups. Read more about this program here.
We start with a meeting to discuss your current situation, needs, and goals, followed by two sessions designed to determine if the program and practices are effective in meeting your needs. If so, together we create an agreement for implementing a customized program.
